About 1900sqft roofing and sheathing replacement for 7 hours with 5 roofers and a supervisor. Worked with haste before raining. I told them the Interior ceilings screw areas chipped off due to banging and holed a gutter but they responded that day and came the following week to repair it. Some leakage area now but they are coming to fix that as well. I love the customer service and very responsive to the issues. I didn’t expect perfection so I was happy with this company. I wish the price was better but they may give some discount for other jobs. Therefore I am very satisfied and would recommend using this good reputable company.

We found Allied Roofing on Angie’s list between the Christmas and New Years Holiday. Nick set up his inspection of our roof within a day of contacting the company. Nick did a thorough inspection and explained all of the deficiencies with our roof. He came in with a fair price and a a detailed repair plan for a full roof replacement down to the rafters! I bought my house about 17 years ago three years ago I had a solar panel company Sunpower install 75 panels on my roof. When they install the roof panels. I complain that all my gutters were full of gravel that came onto the grass which was a ton of gravel The foreman advised me that they will have someone come and re-check the roof but then the pandemic hit and no one came to check my roof three years later when the pandemic was over I had someone come and inspect my roof and they told me that it was in terrible shape and it needed to be replaced. I told him that the roof is only 17 years old as of now and they advised me that it’s not the problem of age is the problem of the solar panels being installed and properly they damaged your roof, and when they did that the tiles The shingles got damaged and worn out and this is why they have to be replaced. I contacted three different roofing companies all with high ratings and good reviews but the best one with the best price and especially the 25 year full warranty and 50 year on material that’s what really sold me to go with

An added layer can make a roof more difficult to inspect for damage, it will raise the cost of future projects, and it can void the manufacturer’s warranty on your roofing materials. Also, some homes may not bear the extra weight of a second layer of shingles.

Do I Have to Work with a Licensed and Insured Roofing Company?

We highly recommend working with a licensed and insured roofer. While legally you don’t have to, a licensed roofing contractor will have the verified knowledge and experience to do the job properly and there can be repercussions against them when they don’t follow standard guidelines.

Similarly, insurance coverage is needed to avoid the homeowner from having to pay for any injuries or repairs . For example, if you work with an uninsured roofing company and a member of the crew is injured, you may be liable for their medical expenses. Also, if your property is damaged, such as a broken window or lawn damage, you would have to pay for the repairs. An insured company would be responsible, otherwise.
